The mobile full-body sterilization chamber is a product of cooperation between TU-SEIKI Joint Stock Company (Vietnam) and OSG Group (Japan). The product uses hypochlorous acid (HClO) disinfectant water to kill bacteria up to 99.99% while still ensuring safety for human skin and eyes. Hypochlorous Acid (HClO) water is generated from the PG-3.0 Disinfectant Water Electrolyzer of OSG Group (Japan) - with more than 50 years of experience in high-quality functional water.

What is hypochlorous acid?

Hypochlorous acid is a substance naturally produced by white blood cells in the blood of all mammals. This acid plays an important role in the immune system by destroying pathogens through oxidation and chlorination.

How to make Hypochlorous Acid?

Hypochlorous acid can be produced by electrolysis. Electrolysis is a technique that uses direct current to control non-instantaneous chemical reactions. Electrolytic cells can produce a free chlorine solution by passing an electric current through a solution of HCl (6%) and water. The oxidizing agents hypochlorous acid (HOCL) and hypochlorite (OCl-) are formed at the anode. If the solution is weakly acidic to neutral, hypochlorous acid dominates the free chlorine solution.

Strong disinfection ability but still safe

Hypochlorous acid is a strong oxidizer and kills bacterial pathogens a hundred times more than sodium hypochlorite (or bleach). Through 30 years of research, the use of hypochlorous acid and new research are published every year. Recent research has focused on the use of hypochlorous acid in food hygiene and food handling equipment. Research is also conducted on poultry farming, water disinfection and treatment, and medical applications such as wound care and equipment sterilization.

Safe for eyes and skin

Hypochlorous acid does not cause eye or skin irritation. Even if swallowed, it is not harmful. Because of its safety, hypochlorous acid is an ideal disinfectant for disinfecting direct food and food contact surfaces. This acid is also ideal in health care, used to clean wounds, eye drops, and disinfect patient rooms to replace toxic chemicals such as bleach and quaternary ammonium compounds.

Not toxic or dangerous

Chemical cleaning solutions distributed in concentrated form are toxic and can be dangerous. Skin contact or inhalation may cause allergies. Hypochlorous acid poses no such risks. The electrolysis system that produces hypochlorous acid is made from table salt, water and electricity. No personal protective equipment required.

Tested

The Japanese National Institute of Infectious Diseases has proven that hypochlorous acid water is clinically effective in killing bacteria, spore bacilli and viruses. This disinfectant water has also been sampled and tested at the Pasteur Institute in HCM, showing the ability to kill bacteria up to 99.99%.
