E-commerce in English is Electronic Commerce (EC), also written as e-Commerce or eCommerce. It is a business model that allows companies and individuals to conduct business over electronic networks, especially the Internet. (According to Investopedia's definition).
According to the brief definition of the World Trade Organization (WTO), “The term eCommerce is understood as the production, distribution, marketing, sales or distribution of goods and services by electronic means ”.
