Job description:

• Proactively contact to introduce and advise customers about products in the construction industry. Especially vehicles, cranes, elevators, etc. for construction work
• Quote, track and receive customer orders.
• General monitoring of equipment export and import.
• Maintain relationships with customers to rent or sell products.
• Monitor and support the accounting department to collect customer debts
• Support technical department in terms of documents.
• Reporting the company's business situation monthly, quarterly and annually.
• Record/Summarize customer complaints, provide solutions, and submit to the Department Head for consideration and resolution.
• Directly resolve customer complaints for cases under authority.
• Build/Maintain/Develop information channels so customers can easily access information about the company, product features, prices, payment methods...
• Plan to visit VIP customers and regular customers of the company. Organize implementation, inspection, monitoring and adjustment of plans. Record customer comments to improve work.
• Monitor product warranty plans, check warranty plans, warranty activities, and maintenance and repair activities to understand the company's satisfaction level with these activities.
• Some other tasks requested by the Director

Job requirements:

• Priority conditions for admission: Experience in selling equipment and products serving the construction and site leveling industries such as cranes, bulldozers, scoops, pile drivers..., formwork …
• Additional expertise, other necessary skills: Careful and flexible in work, High sense of responsibility, Communication skills
• Education level (*): College or higher
• Major: (*) Engineering/ Business Administration/ Marketing
• Experience (*): At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Foreign language (*): English communication
• Computer: Proficient in office computers (Word, Excel...)
• Gender: Male
