The complex is built on a 335ha of land, including: Operator, Electric motorcycle factory, Auto factory, Ancillary industrial park, Training center, Research institute and Development (R&D).
The design capacity of the complex is 250,000 cars in phase 1 and 500,000 cars / year in phase 2 for cars. With electric motorbikes, capacity of 250,000 vehicles / year in phase 1, increase to 500,000 cars in phase 2 and expandable 1 million vehicles / year.
VinFast’s products include: Cars 5-seater (Sedan), Off-road sports car (SUV), Small car, Electric car, Electric motorcycle and Electric bus.
According to the plan, VinFast will launch an electric motorcycle at the end of 2018, 2 models of internal combustion engine cars (5-seater sedan and 7-seater SUV) in the second quarter of 2019, 1 model of electric car, 1 model small internal combustion engine cars and electric buses in late 2019.
